Thank you for your interest in the rush process at Phi Delta Epsilon’s Pennsylvania Delta Chapter! Each semester, our Fraternity attracts ambitious students with the drive and desire to positively impact the community. We foster relationship-building and provide a unique support system that will open doors for members throughout their futures. Please read the information below regarding our Spring 2026 Recruitment.

INFO SESSION 1: Tuesday, January 20th, 7:00-8:00 PM, Jon M. Huntsman Hall - Room F70
INFO SESSION 2: Wednesday, January 21st, 7:00-8:00PM, Houston Hall - Room 218 (Ben Franklin Room)
Join us as we explain what PhiDE is, talk about the benefits of joining our fraternity, and introduce a few fraters to hear about their PhiDE experience! Attendance at an info session is not required for Rush process, but highly encouraged to learn more about what we do as a fraternity.
Both info sessions will cover the same content, so attending one info session is sufficient.

Open Rush 1: Monday, January 26th, 8:00pm-10:00pm, The ARCH - Room 208
Open Rush 2: Tuesday, January 27th, 8:00pm-10:00pm, Houston Hall - Bodek Lounge
Dress Code: Casual
Meet the Phamily and learn more about us and our group as we learn more about you! Attendance to at least ONE rush event is necessary to be considered for a bid, but attending BOTH is strongly encouraged.
Submission of an application by Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST is required to be considered for a bid.

We hold interviews as part of the last step of our rush process to see your pre-professional qualities and to gain a better understanding of your interest in medicine.
GENERAL FAQs

All applicants must be in good academic standing, have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA, must intend on pursuing a degree in medicine (M.D. or D.O.), and must be able to maintain a 75% attendance rate at all of our events. In addition, you must be in attendance at our recruitment events.

Yes! Because we are a professional fraternity that is separate from the Intercultural Greek Council (IGC), Interfraternity Council (IFC), and Panhellenic Council (PHC), you are more than welcome to be a part of PhiDE, as well as another social or professional fraternity/sorority simultaneously.

Yes! We are not a part of the Intercultural Greek Council (IGC), Interfraternity Council (IFC), and Panhellenic Council (PHC). Therefore, all first years are able to recruit in their first semester at Penn.
